It's always a good idea to touch base with your doctor or midwife first. But from what I've seen, Pilates can be a safe and wonderful way to stay active during pregnancy. Just make sure to find a Certified Pilates Instructor who knows their stuff, especially when it comes to pregnancy. They'll be your guiding light through each trimester, ensuring you and your baby stay safe and happy. 🌟
· Can I do Pilates throughout my entire pregnancy?
If you and your little one are healthy, you can keep up with Pilates throughout your entire pregnancy. In fact, I was teaching and practicing Pilates right up until the day before I went into labor with my first daughter! It's all about listening to your body and staying in tune with what feels right for you. 💪🤰
· Will I have fewer aches and pains that come with my changing body by practicing Pilates?
Absolutely! From what I've seen with my clients in Lumberton, TX, practicing Pilates can really help ease those aches and pains that come with pregnancy.
